1. Eligibility for Returns
i. Standard Products
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
ii. Customized Products
- Customized or personalized items (such as embroidered uniforms or tailored fits) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Used, damaged, or altered items (unless the damage occurred during shipping).
3. Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return
Contact our customer service team at info@imperialclothing.biz or +971 566062918 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
i. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
ii. Exchanges
- To exchange an item for a different size or style, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend contacting our customer service team to confirm availability before initiating an exchange.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
