Terms and conditions

Below are the important points mention clearly for our valuable clients to understand the order process and follow.

Before confirmation of order we offer samples to our valuable clients based on:

  1. Complete Sample
  2. Logo strike off, embroidered and printed
  3. Sample in available material

All samples, mock up offer to clients free cost from and produce in our product development department.

Logo Development:

  • All prices included one logo up to 5000 stitches embroidered at front chest, any addition in logo will be up charge by 05/AED
  • There is no any embroidered logo set up charges.
  • If clients logo in printing than a reasonable setup charges will be requested.

Minimum Order Quantity:
There is no any minimum order quantity but varies order to order and style to style and subjected to availability of fabric in hand.

We have facility of measurements based on:

  • With standard UK size body measurement
  • With our size set, to check fitting
  • Individual measurement, with up charge of 50% than regular measurement.

Spec and Sketches:
Spec sheets and sketches of the garments will be send to client before start of production (if required by client)

Performa Invoice:
Upon receipt of your approval on order and, Performa Invoice will be raised to enable you make advance payment.

Once order has been confirmed by client, before we go into bulk production following approvals should be made by client’s end:

  • Pre-production Sample (Fabric, Styling, Size, Logo, and its position)
  • Logo, embroidery, print and badge before start of bulk production
  • Once production start no change can be made by customer.

Each piece will be packed in poly bag then a certain quantity will be packed in printed exportable quality carton.

Shipping Charges:

  • For UAE customer prices included delivery charges up to their respective offices Site and ware houses.
  • For International clients, order served base on FOB (Free on Board) Duabi
  • For all international orders we will handover goods to clients nominated forwarder, we will not pay any freight, Local custom duties and clearing charges.
  • Shipment out side UAE can be arrange with 03 ways: 
    1-By road, 2-By Air and 3-With international courier i.e. DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.

Delivery Period – Lead Time:

  • For orders less than 100-500 pieces delivery time is 20-25 days, or as agreed.
  • For orders 500-1000 pieces delivery time is 25-35 days.
  • For orders 1000-5000 pieces delivery time will be 30-45 days.
  • For order more than 5000 pieces delivery time will be 45-90 days.
  • Delivery time can be decrease or increased upon client’s request but subjected to availability of raw material and other related goods.
  • Delivery can be counted from the next day of payment and confirmation of order in written, approval of sample and receipt of sizes.

Payment Terms:

  • 50% advance and 50% at the time of delivery, for UAE customers only.
  • 100% advance for orders up to 2000 pieces.
  • For bulk quantity orders by establishing irrevocable L/C at sight and Telegraphic Transfer in our account before release of goods.
  • For all stock orders payment terms 80% advance and 20% at the time of delivery.

Colors mention in E-catalogue only for an example that how it look like, its doesn’t reflects actualities. We will be not responsible for any color change in E-catalogue and when it presents into its true shape on fabric and sample.
